Problem
Owala did not have a standardized system for evergreen digital ads, making it difficult to quickly produce scalable creative between major campaign photoshoots. The digital team needed adaptable, always-on assets that could drive engagement and sign-ups without relying on new photography.

and performance-ready
Action
I developed a modular evergreen ad template system built around product-forward shopping cart imagery. I established the visual language, layout structure, typography hierarchy, and compositional rules to ensure consistency while allowing flexibility across SKUs and promotions.
The templates were designed to function not only as evergreen ads, but also as reliable B-version creative to support launches while waiting on campaign-specific photography.
Result
The evergreen system enabled the digital team to rapidly deploy high-quality ads without production delays, significantly increasing creative output and agility.
These assets have successfully supported earlier sign-ups for limited edition launches and continue to serve as high-performing backup creative during campaign transitions. The scalable system improved operational efficiency while strengthening always-on brand presence.
